To ensure your cake is baked fresh and delivered on time, we recommend placing your order at least 48 hours in advance. For larger or custom orders, please contact us as early as possible to discuss your needs.

Can I customise my cake with a special message or design?

Absolutely! A personalised message can be piped onto any of our cakes, and we can also create unique designs to match your theme. Contact us to discuss your personalised design ideas.

What areas do you deliver to in London?

We offer hand delivery across specific London areas. Simply provide your delivery address during checkout, and we'll take care of the rest. If you’re not covered by our delivery area, you can always collect your cake from our Wandsworth bakery or Soho store.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

Our standard delivery window is 9am-5pm, however you can upgrade to a pre-midday delivery if you require your order to arrive early. For other requests please contact us before ordering.
