Since Day One we've been fanatical about baking, and we've stayed true to our roots ever since Jemma began Crumbs & Doilies way back in 2006. We only ever use the finest ingredients, and every one of our bakes is made to exacting standards by people who truly love to bake. We're obsessive about cake, and fanatical about customer service.

We never use frozen sponge or store our bakes - everything at Crumbs & Doilies is freshly baked. Whether it's a three tier wedding cake from our main bakery or a Choc Chip New York Cookie from C&D Soho everything we do is made on site on the day.

Great cakes are nothing without great customer service, and we pride ourselves on having a team that goes above and beyond. We're always available over phone and email to help arrange or amend orders, and we love to talk cake.

Crumbs & Doilies only ever uses the finest ingredients available. All our butter is supplied by Lescure, our flour is organic from Doves Farm, our sugar is always from sugar cane and not beet, our eggs are organic and free range and we use Callebaut Chocolate and Cocoa in our bakes.

We make all our inclusions, such as caramels, curds, meringues, fruit goos, chocolate truffles and more fresh from scratch in house every day. There's rarely a moment when we're not caramelising white chocolate, or bubbling fresh raspberries, to ensure everything in our cakes and bakes is as good as it can be.

We pride ourselves on being able to offer customisations and bespoke options wherever possible to ensure your order is exactly as you want it. From custom decoration to edible printing if you've got something special in mind get in touch to see if we can help.

We offer an exceptional hand delivery service for all our Cakes and Cupcakes across London and within the M25, with each order travelling direct from our bakery to your door, and if you're in the UK we ship Brownies and Cookies overnight on the afternoon they're baked so they arrive fresh as can be.

We've been sharing our recipes on the Cupcake Jemma channel on YouTube for nearly 15 years, and we're thrilled to have built up a loyal and passionate fan base who share the love of baking.

As a small independent business we've never taken outside investment or had to compromise on quality for the sake of profitability and that's the way we like it.

Although there's no shortage of other bakeries with 'similar' bakes to ours we strive each day to be true baking originators, so whether it's one of our unique cake creations, a piece of Caramel Cornflake Brownie or a just-warm New York Cookie you can be sure nothing will beat the Crumbs & Doilies original.
